1. In-Campus Training with a Dedicated Team

To enhance the employability of our students, we provide comprehensive in-campus training led by our permanent training team. This team consists of industry experts and experienced faculty members who conduct regular sessions on:

  • Soft skills development (communication, leadership, teamwork, etc.)
  • Technical and domain-specific skills
  • Aptitude and logical reasoning training
  • Resume building and interview preparation

2. Collaboration with Government & Non-Government Organizations

We partner with various government and non-government organizations like APSSDC (Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation), APITA (Andhra Pradesh Information Technology Academy), Wadhwani Foundation etc to provide specialized training programs. These collaborations help students gain:

  • Established a Employability Skill centre (ESC) by APSSDC to conduct regular training for un-employed youth and also the students in the campus.
  • The infrastructure like Laptops are provided by the APSSDC.
  • Certification courses in programming, data analytics, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and other emerging fields
  • Hands-on experience through workshops, internships, and live projects
  • Training in professional ethics, corporate culture, and workplace adaptability
